Sponsor Contribution
- $2,500, plus;
- Sponsor to provide any banners, signage, etc. to be displayed throughout the week-end;
- Sponsor to provide all Ad’s for the Club Racing Program in electronic camera ready art condition and available by January 4th;
- Sponsor is encouraged but not required to provide door prizes which will be provided to the 100+ volunteers helping to make this event the success it is!!
Run Group Package Benefits
- Sponsors name tied to each run group announced throughout the weekend; estimated over 75 times throughout the event e.g. Sponsor Red Group is up next, or Sponsor Green Group grid is open, etc.
- General announcement of sponsorship over the PA system Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday a minimum of 4 times daily to the more than 400 race entrants and 3,000+ drivers, support crews, PCA member families, spectators, etc.;
- Prominent signage during the 4-Day event in tent, paddock area, etc.;
- Recognition on our web-site and Inclusion on our internet links page;
- One (1) Oversize Vendor booth spot for product sales/promotion ($800 value);
- Two (2) Full Page 4 Color ad in Club Race Program ($500 value);
- Up to five (5) Saturday night Bar-B-Que dinners(up-to $125 value);
- Up to five (5) event t-shirts (up-to $75 value);
- 25% discount on additional program advertising (up-to $81.25 value).
