Sponsor Contribution

• $500, plus;
• Sponsor to provide all Ad’s for the Club Racing Program in electronic camera ready art condition and available by January 4^th;
• Sponsor to provide any banners, signage, etc. to be displayed throughout the week-end;
• Sponsor is encouraged but not required to provide door prizes which will be provided to the 100+ volunteers helping to make this event the success it is!!

 T-Shirt Package Benefits

• Non-exclusive advertising - One (1) space, not to exceed 5’ X 5’ on the back of event t-shirt for advertisement;
• Announcement of sponsorship over the PA system Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday a minimum of 4 times daily to the more than 400 race entrants and 2,500+ drivers, support crews, PCA member families, spectators, etc.;
• Prominent signage during the 4-Day event in tent, paddock area, etc.;
• Recognition on our web-site and Inclusion on our internet links page;
• ½ Page 4 Color ad in Program ($140 value);
• Two (2) event t-shirts (up-to $30 value);
• 25% discount on additional program advertising (up-to $81.25 value).
