These positions are needed at various times thru out the event.
You would be asked to check-in at the volunteer tent at a prearranged time.

The responsibilities would include,
1.Setting up tables and chairs for driver’s meetings, Friday night party, Saturday Dinner, etc.
2.Help with decorations for the Friday night party and Saturday night banquet.
3.Running to the store for ice, water, etc.
4.Various other needs that may come up during the event.

Notes.
Most assignments are of short duration allowing you free time to participate
in other activities of you’re choosing.
